Known for its technical expertise and collaborative culture, the firm continues to experience strong growth and is seeking an experienced Advisory Team Leader to support the delivery of high-quality advisory outcomes while developing and mentoring a team of advisers.

The Role
As the Advisory Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day coordination of advisory projects while leading a team across Perth and offshore.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity combining technical advisory work, project management and people leadership. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure consulting engagements are delivered efficiently, accurately and to the highest professional standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of advisory professionals
• Coordinating workflow and managing project delivery across local and offshore teams
• Preparing and reviewing complex advisory engagements
• Assisting clients with taxation, structuring and business consulting matters
• Managing project timelines, workflow and billing requirements
• Supporting client meetings and ongoing relationship management
• Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Assisting with onboarding, training and development of team members
• Working closely with senior leadership to achieve business and client objectives

About You
• Experience within Business Services, Tax Advisory, Consulting or a related professional services environment
• Previous leadership, mentoring or team coordination experience
• Strong understanding of Australian taxation and business structures
• Experience managing complex advisory engagements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Commercial mindset with a focus on client outcomes
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Relevant Accounting, Commerce or Business qualification
