The Role
As an Associate Adviser, you'll work closely with experienced Financial Advisers and the broader advice team to support the delivery of high-quality financial advice and outstanding client outcomes.
This role offers excellent exposure to strategy development, client meetings, advice preparation and implementation, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress their career towards becoming a Financial Adviser.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting Financial Advisers throughout the advice process
• Attending client meetings and assisting with follow-up actions
• Conducting research and assisting with strategy development
• Preparing review meeting documentation and client recommendations
• Managing client enquiries and providing ongoing support
• Assisting with advice implementation and new business processing
• Preparing and maintaining compliant client records and documentation
• Building strong client relationships and identifying advice opportunities
• Working collaboratively with the wider advice team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
About You
• Experience within financial planning, wealth management or financial services
• Previous experience as an Associate Adviser, Paraplanner, Client Services Officer or similar
• Diploma of Financial Services or relevant qualifications highly regarded
• Strong interest in financial advice and wealth management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to ongoing professional development
