With a growing advice team and a commitment to operational excellence, the business is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations, drive efficiency and support continued growth.
The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational performance of the Wealth Management division, ensuring systems, processes and people are aligned to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
You'll work closely with leadership and advisers while overseeing team performance, workflow management and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Wealth Management team
• Driving workflow management and operational efficiency
• Supporting and developing team members to achieve high performance
• Managing advice processes, compliance requirements and operational standards
• Working closely with advisers and leadership to improve business outcomes
• Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
• Managing competing priorities, projects and stakeholder expectations
• Maintaining a strong client-focused culture across the team
About You
• Strong experience within financial planning or wealth management operations
• Previous leadership or team management experience
• Sound understanding of advice processes and compliance requirements
• Experience using Xplan or similar advice software
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
