The Role
Working closely with a highly experienced Senior Adviser, you'll manage your own portfolio of ongoing advice clients while continuing to build your technical and relationship management skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an existing portfolio of ongoing advice clients
• Conducting client review meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with strategy development across wealth accumulation, retirement planning and investment advice
• Working with HNW and UHNW individuals, families and business owners
• Supporting the Senior Adviser with more complex client matters
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes
• Building your technical knowledge and advice capability across sophisticated strategies

About You 

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, Associate Adviser or Paraplanner looking to step into an advice role
• Relevant Financial Planning qualifications and FASEA requirements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Confidence engaging with clients and presenting advice
• Desire to continue developing your technical and strategic advice capabilities
• Ambition to build a long-term career within Financial Advice
