The Role
As the Advisory Manager you will work directly with business owners and key decision-makers, providing commercially focused advice across:

• Business performance and financial analysis
• Structuring and restructuring
• Acquisitions, due diligence and transaction support
• Succession and ownership transitions
• Cash flow forecasting and strategic planning
• Broader commercial advisory projects

This is not a stepping stone into advisory. This is an advisory role, and the firm is looking for someone ready to operate at that level from the start.

About You

• CA or CPA qualification
• Current Manager-level experience in business services, tax or advisory
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence owning client relationships and leading engagements
• A genuine interest in strategic, client-facing advisory work
• Perth-based location, or a genuine openness to relocating
