The Role
As an Intermediate Accountant, you'll work across a broad range of tax and compliance engagements. Working closely with an experienced and highly respected Director, you'll gain valuable exposure to complex client matters while receiving ongoing mentoring and support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
• Business Activity Statements and compliance reporting
• Assisting with tax planning and advisory projects
• Working directly with a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries
• Building strong client relationships and responding to client queries
• Supporting senior team members on more complex engagements
• Developing your technical and commercial knowledge through ongoing mentoring.

About You

• 2+ years' experience within Australian public practice
• Commenced or completed CA/CPA studies (or planning to commence)
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• A desire to build a long-term career within public practice
