This partner-led tax and advisory practice advises structured private groups generating between $5M and $50M in turnover across infrastructure, manufacturing, retail and professional services.

The Role
This position sits at the centre of the firm's growth strategy. In a traditional mid-tier structure, the scope and responsibility of this role would typically sit at Manager level, several layers removed from equity discussions and strategic influence. Here, those layers don't exist.

Working directly alongside the founding Directors, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market private clients, typically ranging from $10M to $30M turnover
• Deliver complex tax and structuring advice across multi-entity private groups
• Contribute directly to client advisory discussions alongside the Directors
• Present work at final-stage review prior to Director sign-off
• Review and mentor junior team members
• Act as a key leadership figure within a lean, high-performing team

This is an opportunity to gain exposure, influence and responsibility much earlier than you would in a traditional public practice environment.

About You 

• 5+ years' experience in public practice tax
• Exposure to private groups, family businesses or multi-entity structures
• CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
• Strong technical tax capability combined with commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting technical advice to clients
• A desire for greater ownership, influence and long-term career progression
