The Role
Working closely with the People & Culture team, you will drive end-to-end recruitment while supporting hiring leaders, candidate experience, and broader People initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the business
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and role briefs
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
• Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience
• Improve recruitment processes and interview frameworks
• Support employer branding and EVP initiatives
• Provide recruitment reporting and hiring insights
• Contribute to broader People & Culture projects and BAU activities

About You

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Exposure to tech, SaaS, or professional services preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Able to manage competing priorities
