The Role
Supporting three Directors, this Team Assistant role is pivotal to the smooth running of the Sydney office. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders locally and globally, providing high-level administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing complex diaries across multiple time zones
• Preparing presentations, reports, and key documents
• Coordinating domestic and international travel
• Organising events, offsites, and client functions
• Overseeing office operations, facilities, and vendors
• Supporting meetings, expenses, and wider EA network

About You

• Experience as an Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager in a corporate environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident supporting senior stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with travel, events, and office coordination
