The role is to support the Finance & Operations team through a busy period until March 2026. This role is ideal for someone who is available immediately and eager to contribute their expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
  
  
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance & Operations Head, you’ll assist with the day-to-day financial operations and month-end activities across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key.
  
Responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices and entering data into accounting systems
• Managing and reconciling receipts, bank statements, and credit card payments
• Handling employee expense reimbursements and auditing receipts
• Supporting month-end close, including reconciliations and BAS preparation
• Monitoring expenses against budgets and assisting with reporting
• Providing administrative and operational support to the wider business

  
About You:

• Ideally secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Similar accounts payable or assistant accountant role
• Experience in SAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Availability to commence immediately or within short notice
