We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Resourcer who knows the ropes and wants to work somewhere that actually values them.

The Role:

• Managing the candidate side of the recruitment process
• Writing job ads, screening CVs, and interviewing candidates
• Using a range of tools and platforms to source top talent 
• Matching talent to roles across Wealth and Accounting & Finance
• Coordinating client interviews and guiding candidates through the journey
• Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Working closely with Consultants who handle the client relationships

About You:

• Previous experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and a natural relationship builder
• Confident using recruitment/job platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, Seek)
