The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role offering autonomy, influence, and a clear pathway to partnership with equity options. From day one, you’ll take ownership of a $700,000+ client portfolio while shaping client service delivery and contributing directly to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-value client portfolio across business services, tax, and SMSFs.
• Provide tailored, strategic advice on complex accounting and tax matters.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing accounting team.
• Identify growth opportunities, including cross-referrals across the firm’s service lines.
• Oversee compliance deliverables — financial statements, tax returns, and reporting.
• Enhance systems, processes, and strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues in finance, insurance, and investment to deliver holistic client solutions.

About You

• Minimum 7 years’ public practice experience with strong exposure to business services, tax, and SMSFs.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while managing a substantial client portfolio.
• CA qualified with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex financial information for clients.
• Commercially astute with a focus on growth, retention, and business development.
