The Role:
We are seeking a polished Corporate Receptionist to step in and provide seamless support during a short-term sick leave cover. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing a busy front desk while assisting the team with a variety of administrative tasks. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills in a professional and dynamic environment.

Duties:

• Manage the reception desk and switchboard with professionalism
• Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a premium experience
• Organise and maintain meeting and boardrooms
• Coordinate client appointments and bookings
• Provide overflow support to Executive Assistants and the wider team
• Maintain office supplies and handle stationery orders
• General administration and ad hoc tasks as required

About You:

• Previous experience in reception or administrative roles
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
• Highly organised with exceptional coordination skills
