The Role
Due to growth, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Melbourne team. This is a part-time role (3–4 days a week) with a hybrid setup. You’ll have the chance to grow your own desk in a supportive, social team that knows how to celebrate success (yes, that includes our yearly team trip). What you’ll be doing:

• Owning a 360 desk across Wealth, Accounting & Finance, or Insurance recruitment
• Driving sales and new business, while nurturing long-term client partnerships
• Partnering with quality candidates to connect them with the right opportunities

About You

• Proven recruitment experience in Wealth, Accounting & Finance, or Insurance
• Previous experience as a Recruiter within an agency environment
• Loves the sales and client relationship side of recruitment (and is hungry to grow)
• Thrives in a 360 role and is motivated to build a successful desk
• Brings energy, resilience, and a people-first approach
