About You
You are an experienced Client Service Manager who is known for being the one that clients call first. You are the person that makes people feel reassured, and your Advisers know that they couldn’t deliver great outcomes without you running the show behind the scenes

Your experience matters

• Have a minimum of 2+ years in financial planning support
• A strong understanding of advice implementation, compliance, and client onboarding
• Hands-on experience with XPlan, AdviserLogic or Midwinter.
• A genuine commitment to delivering a seamless client experience for your internal and external stakeholders
