About You

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong technical competency
• Demonstrates clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and task completion
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Maintains a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a positive attitude
• Brings proven experience in administration, reception, EA/PA, or general office support roles
• Adapts well to professional environments and team-based settings
• Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Available immediately or with short notice for temporary or contract assignments
