The Role:
Working within the Safety team, this role is instrumental in supporting the Warehouse and logistics business. Reporting directly to the Safety Manager, this role is fast paced and requires someone who can multitask, with exceptional organisational skills, who can comfortably build rapport at all levels. Duties will include:  

• Preparing and completing documentation
• Coordinating safety briefings for new staff
• Ensuring new staff documentation is all correct 
• Working closely with the Warehousing team to ensure safety reporting is up to date. 
• Supporting the Safety Manager with adhoc administration and reporting for wider business

About you:
You are a motivated and dedicated individual who thrives on problem solving and collaborating to achieve goals. You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills, you are compliance focused and prioritise safety. Ideally you have experience within an FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
