Our client CRC Public Relations is looking for an ambitious, proactive PR Consultant to join their team.
In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with the founder to deliver bold and tailored communication strategies for clients—who include business and industry leaders across a wide range of sectors.
This is more than just account management. You'll be:
- Advising and supporting clients through reputation challenges and media opportunities
- Leading and delivering end-to-end PR campaigns—from strategy to pitching
- Involved in the growth of the firm, helping shape expansion and new business opportunities

About the organisation… CRC Public Relations is a respected boutique agency specialising in corporate communications, media relations, reputation management, and crisis communications. They partner with clients across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region to deliver smart, strategic, and timely communications advice.
They just recently launched a new service that provides tailored online PR training for selected industries and crisis leadership training for business leaders and PR professionals.
The details… - There is 1 vacancy being advertised
- Permanent Full Time (38hrs per week)
- Competitive salary $100K–$130K + super + KPI bonuses + 6-month salary reviews
- On-site, Hybrid (e.g. 3 days in CBD office, 2 days WFH) and Remote working opportunities considered

Selection Criteria… - Significant PR experience - at least 3 years spent in a PR agency with a focus on corporate communications, media engagement, reputation management and crisis communications.
- Proven experience in:
- o Corporate communications
- o Reputation and crisis management
- o Media pitching and relationship-building
- Excellent writing, pitching, and stakeholder management skills
- A creative, agile thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust team
- A growth mindset and drive to contribute to the agency’s expansion
- Australian citizenship
