Job Title: Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager
Location: Gold Coast

A design-led, premium homewares and furniture brand on the Gold Coast is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead its online performance and the team behind it. This role suits an eCommerce specialist who knows how to grow a premium brand online without cheapening it.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and eCommerce performance across Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and online merchandising
• Own the customer journey, CRM and EDM strategy, building segmentation and automated flows in Klaviyo
• Set paid media strategy and creative direction, working with the existing ads agency (no hands-on media buying)
• Lead and develop a small team: Brand Communications Manager, part-time Social Media Manager and eCommerce Coordinator
• Work closely with the founder, leadership team and Head of Operations on strategy and commercial priorities
• Contribute to the brand's growth into the US

Qualifications

• Senior eCommerce or digital marketing experience in a brand-led business, ideally in premium homewares, interiors, furniture or lifestyle
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM, UX, conversion and merchandising
• Strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving online revenue and retention
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Ability to communicate a considered, premium product without resorting to gimmicks
• A collaborative style suited to a fast-moving, small-business environment
