Job Title: CRM Coordinator 
Location: South Melbourne

We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to support the delivery of CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer looking to develop their CRM, automation, and customer engagement expertise within a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer journeys.
• Build and maintain marketing automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
• Support loyalty and membership programmes through reporting and analysis.
• Manage email deliverability and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience or exposure to CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AI tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
