We are seeking a Partnerships Specialist to manage and grow creator, affiliate, and gifting programmes. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused marketer who enjoys building brand advocacy, driving partner engagement, and supporting growth through creator collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator gifting and affiliate programmes from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
• Identify and recruit creators and affiliates aligned with the brand.
• Track partner performance and provide insights to improve results.
• Coordinate product seeding, campaign activations, and affiliate initiatives.
• Ensure programme compliance and maintain strong partner engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and oversee partnership administration support.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of affiliate performance and ROI.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
