Paid Media Manager — Google Ads Specialist

The Opportunity
 
We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of our Google Ads offering and become the senior voice on paid search across the agency. You'll work across our top-tier client accounts, bringing a level of expertise that raises the bar for the whole team, while confidently managing senior stakeholder relationships and driving performance conversations that matter.
 
What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of Google Ads strategy, execution and performance across our largest client accounts
• Act as the senior technical authority on paid search, mentoring and upskilling the wider team
• Lead performance conversations and workshops directly with senior client stakeholders
• Help extend our paid media capability into HubSpot, connecting campaign data with CRM and marketing automation to give clients a single source of truth
• Ensure account structure, tracking and attribution are best-in-class across every account you touch

What We're Looking For

• Proven, senior-level Google Ads expertise, ideally built within an agency environment
• Experience managing substantial client budgets and complex account structures
• The confidence and communication skills to guide senior client stakeholders and hold your ground on strategy
• HubSpot experience highly regarded, though not essential
• A genuine desire to own and shape a growing function rather than simply execute within one
