We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimise online stores across both B2C and B2B channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong Shopify experience who enjoys maintaining high-quality digital experiences, ensuring website accuracy, and supporting seamless day-to-day eCommerce operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across eCommerce platforms, including product creation, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
Ensure product information, pricing, imagery, and content remain accurate and consistent across all websites.
Upload and maintain website banners, homepage assets, and promotional content.
Organise collections and site merchandising to create a seamless customer journey.
Support the setup and execution of online campaigns, promotions, and discount codes.
Collaborate with digital, marketing, and design teams to ensure content is delivered accurately and on schedule.
Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve content, functionality, and user experience issues.
Assist with ongoing website optimisation and eCommerce best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in an eCommerce or digital trading role.
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, ideally Shopify Plus.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
Experience managing product uploads, website content, and online merchandising.
Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Experience within the beauty, skincare, health, or consumer goods sectors is highly desirable.
