We are seeking a hands-on Senior eCommerce Specialist to take ownership of our online store performance, customer experience, and digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong Shopify expertise who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining technical execution with commercial thinking to drive revenue, conversion, and customer retention.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Shopify stores, including product merchandising, collections, navigation, content, and site performance.
Oversee and maintain the eCommerce technology stack, including CRM, customer service, and returns platforms.
Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives through testing, customer journey improvements, and landing page optimisation.
Develop and optimise email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and VIP journeys.
Implement strategies to improve average order value, customer retention, and overall revenue performance.
Monitor website analytics, customer behaviour, and campaign results to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular site audits, quality assurance checks, and competitor analysis to ensure best-in-class customer experiences.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements, launches, and ongoing optimisation projects.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in eCommerce, digital trading, or Shopify-focused roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and related eCommerce applications.
Experience managing email marketing and customer lifecycle programmes.
Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, customer journey optimisation, and online merchandising.
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 and other eCommerce reporting tools.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within fashion, apparel, or consumer brands is highly desirable.
