We are looking for a creative and community-focused Social and Community Marketing Specialist to drive social content, brand storytelling, and audience engagement across digital platforms and live activations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to create content that feels authentic, engaging, and culturally relevant.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Create engaging short-form content including Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes campaigns
Build and nurture online communities through active engagement and brand communication
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns, launches, events, and activations
Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform insights to inform content strategy
Support creator partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-focused initiatives
Qualifications
2–4 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing roles
Strong understanding of social platforms and short-form content trends
Confident with content creation, editing, and copywriting
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Creative mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience within food, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands highly regarded
