We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead global content and social strategy for baby-focused brands. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, this role shapes brand storytelling and delivers creative campaigns that drive growth. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Auckland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global content strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Lead end-to-end content campaigns across paid and owned channels.
• Set creative vision, tone of voice, and visual direction.
• Oversee owned channels including TikTok, Instagram, websites, Facebook, and EDM.
• Manage external partners, production budgets, and campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with digital, media, creative, and commercial teams.
• Use data and insights to optimise performance and continuously improve content.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global content team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in content marketing, brand, or social media roles.
• Strong track record in social-first content, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
• Proven experience delivering campaigns from strategy to optimisation.
• Experience managing content calendars and scalable global content production.
• Confident people leader with excellent organisational skills.
