Job Title: PR & Influencer Specialist (US Market)
Location: Sydney

We are seeking a PR & Influencer Specialist to support and grow a US-focused influencer programme within a fast-paced fashion environment. This role suits a trend-savvy, highly organised individual with strong negotiation skills and a passion for influencer culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and execution of the US influencer strategy
• Identify, onboard and manage influencer talent across social platforms
• Negotiate and manage paid and gifted influencer partnerships end to end
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent and management
• Collaborate with marketing teams on cross-channel campaigns
• Track performance, engagement and conversions, delivering regular reports
• Bring fresh, creative thinking to campaigns and strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in influencer or PR marketing
• Proven experience within the US market
• Strong knowledge of the US influencer landscape and rates
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, proactive and results-driven
• Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
