Head of Creative Strategy
 
The Role
 
This is a high-pressure, high-impact leadership position at the centre of our clients' growth.
 
As Head of Creative Strategy, you will own our creative engine — strategy, systems, people, output, and results. You'll work closely with our Head of Performance, and together you will be accountable for performance outcomes driven by creative.

We produce thousands of performance creatives each month across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Speed, quality, insight, and iteration are non-negotiable — and you will lead the engine that makes this possible.

• Development and leadership of a top-tier creative strategy team

Core Responsibilities
 
Creative Strategy Leadership

• Own creative strategy across all client accounts
• Set vision, frameworks, and performance standards
• QA major creative strategies and briefs before execution
• Ensure every decision is rooted in insight, data, and performance logic

High-Volume Creative Delivery

• Lead teams producing thousands of creatives per month
• Build systems that enable speed without sacrificing quality
• Drive iteration based on trends, hooks, formats, and data
• Translate performance insights into creative action

AI & Systems Leadership

• Champion AI-driven creative workflows
• Implement and refine tools such as Arcads, Higglesfield, Nano Banana, and AI ideation/editing stacks
• Build SOPs that make AI a competitive advantage
• Demonstrate measurable gains in output and performance

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor strategists, designers, and content creators
• Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews
• Identify capability gaps and drive training
• Make strong hiring decisions — and hold standards
• Build leaders, not passengers

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Performance, Design, Production, and contractors
• Own creative QA across pods and accounts
• Maintain strong communication rhythms internally and externally

Operational Excellence

• Own creative SOPs, templates, and systems
• Manage project workflows and delegation
• Oversee contractors during overflow
• Run weekly creative performance reviews
• Lift client NPS through better creative outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years as a creative strategist (performance-led)
• 5+ years in agencies, ideally growth or performance-focused
• Proven leadership in high-volume creative environments
• Strong understanding of DTC, paid social, UGC, and performance creative
• Deep performance marketing knowledge (NCPA, LTV, hook rates, fatigue, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with AI-driven workflows
• Calm under pressure, decisive, accountable
• Excellent communicator and strategic thinker
