Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Gosford, NSW


We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about scaling direct-to-consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid performance channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns to achieve strong ROAS and sustainable growth.
• Test creative and audience combinations, working closely with the in-house content team.
• Analyse performance data, report insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain account hygiene, tracking accuracy, and budget pacing.
• Support international expansion through campaign testing and market rollout.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years’ experience in paid social or performance marketing, ideally within high-growth DTC brands.
• Strong track record managing large ad budgets (particularly on Meta).
• Skilled in analysing data and translating insights into creative and strategic improvements.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and briefing ad concepts.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, and tracking tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar).
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at speed.
