Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Sydney

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager across day-to-day activities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys structured workflows, efficient execution, and working across a variety of channels and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content updates on the website (Squarespace) and digital tools (Typeform, Vamoos).
• Format and design tour materials, itineraries, and email communications using Adobe InDesign and Active Campaign.
• Coordinate and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, and event materials.
• Support backend logistics for lectures and events, liaise with suppliers, and manage digital assets.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Basic graphic or video design skills (portfolio preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail, written communication, and time management.
