We are looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager with deep experience in data and technology. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strategic relationships, driving growth, and working at the intersection of business and technology.
  
Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential accounts aligned with the ideal client profile
• Execute strategic outreach campaigns via platforms like Apollo and LinkedIn
• Lead conversations with senior stakeholders (CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Data)
• Shape and qualify opportunities in areas such as data strategy, platforms, and governance
• Manage and report on pipeline using CRM tools
• Represent the business at industry events and stay across trends in data and AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in business development within the data or tech industry
• Strong commercial acumen and proven success in client growth
• Sound knowledge of the modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Power BI)
• Excellent communication skills and experience engaging executive stakeholders
• Organised, self-driven, and comfortable across multiple industries
• Leadership potential and interest in developing into a team lead role
