Job Title: Partnerships & Events Manager
Location: Sydney

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Partnerships & Events Manager to lead influencer marketing, partnerships, PR and events initiatives. This role is key in strengthening brand presence both locally and internationally through strategic collaborations and high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage influencer marketing strategies to meet brand goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, athletes, partners, and creators.
• Lead partnership strategy across gyms, wellness brands, and charity organisations.
• Organise and execute brand-aligned events and track performance.
• Oversee PR activities and develop strategies to enhance media visibility.
• Ensure all initiatives reflect the brand's identity and vision.
• Manage budgets effectively and report on ROI.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and lead the influencer partnerships team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, and PR.
• Strong event planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
• Established network within influencer and media communities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical skills.
