Job Title: Senior Performance Strategist
Location: Sydney

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing ecommerce agency as a Senior Performance Strategist, partnering with some of Australia's most exciting ecommerce brands. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with strong experience in performance marketing, account management, and digital strategy, looking to make a real impact.


Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ecommerce clients, aligning marketing efforts with business goals
• Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, CRM, and creative
• Collaborate with internal specialists and lead a team of experts to deliver results
• Analyse campaign performance, improve conversion rates and customer journeys
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain quality standards and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce performance marketing, preferably agency-side
• Strong proficiency in Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Excellent client communication and project management skills
• Sound understanding of ecommerce KPIs like AOV, conversion rates, etc.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach
