Job Title: SEO Specialist (12-Month FTC)
Location: Mulgrave, Victoria

We’re seeking an experienced and driven SEO Specialist to support the delivery of organic search strategies across two of Australia's most iconic retail brands. This 12-month contract role is ideal for someone with a passion for technical SEO, content optimisation, and data-led decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical audits to resolve crawlability, indexing and performance issues
• Optimise metadata, heading structures, internal linking and on-page copy
• Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Collaborate on content strategy for new brand and product categories
• Forecast traffic impact and report on SEO performance outcomes
• Guide stakeholders on SEO tactics for campaigns and content initiatives

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' SEO experience (retail or marketplace preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of technical, on-page and off-page SEO best practices
• Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Working understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
