Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Bondi Beach
$80-$85k + Super + comms (OTE $110k)

An exciting opportunity for a driven Account Executive to join a mission-led healthtech team revolutionising clinical care through AI. This hybrid sales role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience in closing deals. You'll own the full sales cycle—from outreach to demo to conversion.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outreach and lead generation in collaboration with SDRs.
• Deliver compelling product demos to specialist medical practices.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs tied to ARR and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven closing experience, ideally in SaaS or health-related sales.
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and fast ramp-up expectations.
• Ability to hit performance KPIs, including demos and conversions.
• Based in Sydney, available to work 4 days per week in the Bondi office.
