Indigeco is recruiting an Associate Procurement Manager for our client, a major NSW Government agency. This contract role is available to start ASAP and will run through to 30 June 2026. Based in Macquarie Park or Burwood with 50% hybrid working, this role will support procurement activity across goods and services, including category planning, sourcing events, supplier negotiations and procurement governance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development of category plans and deliver strategic sourcing activities that align with business needs, risk and value for money outcomes
• Work collaboratively with internal customers, external partners and suppliers to plan and deliver procurement activities
• Provide procurement advice, guidance and information to stakeholders in line with relevant policies, procedures, delegations and legislative requirements
• Prepare, review and negotiate supplier agreements while supporting sound commercial and procurement decision making
• Identify, manage and mitigate procurement risks to support compliant and effective sourcing outcomes

  
YOUR REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 1 week notice period or less to be considered
• Tertiary qualifications in procurement or contract management and/or relevant equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or contract management
• Strong understanding of NSW Government procurement frameworks, policies, systems, procedures and probity requirements
• Experience delivering sourcing activities across goods and services, including RFx processes, evaluation plans and supplier negotiations

• Daily payrate of $850 to $1,100 + super
