Role Details:
- SCHADS Level 4: approx. $45 per hour + super
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year (increase your take-home pay)
- Contract until December 2026
- Full-time office role: Monday–Friday (approx. 8:30am–4:30pm)

About the Role: As a
Program Worker – Women’s DFV, you will provide
person-centered case management to women and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness due to DFV.
Working within a specialist Housing & Homelessness team, you will:
- Support clients to access safe, stable, long-term housing
- Deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe, strengths-based support
- Develop and implement tailored case plans
- Link clients with appropriate services, supports, and community resources
- Assist with safety planning and navigating housing pathways
- Maintain accurate case notes and reporting requirements
- Build strong relationships with local services, including Aboriginal organisations
About You You’re a compassionate and resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
To be successful, you will bring: - Experience in case management (essential)
- Exposure to housing/homelessness or DFV (highly desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complex client needs
- A commitment to culturally safe and trauma-informed practice
Qualifications: - Diploma or tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Important Requirements: - Valid driver’s licence
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Ability to work face-to-face with clients (office-based role)
