Contract – 12 Months (Extension Subject to Delivery)
Location: Brisbane
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a complex, multi‑stream programme within the travel industry, supporting strategic transformation across customer experience, operations, digital platforms and enterprise capability.
This role brings together multiple interdependent initiatives—spanning people, process, technology, data and governance—into a single, integrated programme that delivers sustainable outcomes for customers, partners and the business.
About the Role
As Programme Manager, you will translate strategic priorities into an executable delivery roadmap, ensuring initiatives operate as one cohesive programme rather than disconnected projects.
You will establish strong governance, manage dependencies and delivery risk, align internal and external stakeholders, and ensure programme outcomes are successfully embedded into day‑to‑day operations. A strong focus on change readiness, operational resilience and benefits realisation will ensure value is realised well beyond implementation.
This role is well suited to someone who has delivered transformation in complex, customer‑focused and operationally intensive environments, such as airlines, airports, tourism operators, travel services or loyalty platforms.
