Civil Labourers & Operators, Multiple Positions Available, 18 Month Project
We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers, CW2 and CW3, to join a major pipeline upgrade project running from Ryde to Pymble.
This is a long-term opportunity across an 18-month program, with multiple sites being established in the early stages. We are prioritising candidates looking for stable, ongoing work across the full duration of the project.
Due to project requirements, all successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical.
Available Roles & Rates
CW3 Labourer, Roller Operator Ticket Required
$42 per hour + super + travel allowance
CW2 Civil Labourer
$37.50 per hour + super + travel allowance

Key Responsibilities
Working across multiple sites from Ryde to Pymble, duties will include
- Site establishment across multiple locations
- Installation of geofabric and silt fencing
- Construction of DGB hardstand pads
- Site shed setup, including levelling and brick placement
- Installation of temporary fencing and signage
- Spotting plant and assisting machinery operations
- Maintaining site presentation, safety and compliance
- Managing erosion and environmental controls
- Transporting materials, signage and equipment between sites
- General labouring, clean up and site support duties
Candidate Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- White Card, Construction Induction
- Minimum 24 months experience in civil earthworks for CW3 roles
- Minimum 12 months experience in civil earthworks for CW2 roles
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to travel between sites from Ryde to Pymble
- Roller ticket and VOC required for CW3 roles
- VOC required for any plant operation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Willingness to complete a pre employment medical
- Only candidates committed to long term work across the duration of the project will be considered
