Indigeco is recruiting an Indigenous Identified Project Coordinator for a client based in Adelaide. This role supports smooth project delivery through strong administration, coordination, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
 
This is an identified opportunity and only open to professionals with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project meetings, including agendas, invites, minutes, and follow ups
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, including managing project paperwork and correspondence
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain project registers, trackers, and filing systems
• Update project documentation, schedules, and records to support reporting and project governance
• Coordinate communication between the project team and stakeholders to keep actions moving and risks visible

 
WHAT YOU NEED

• You are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
• Proven experience in administration or coordination, ideally supporting projects or project teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to stakeholders
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
