ABOUT THE ROLE
We are growing and looking to hire multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our North Sydney team in purely delivery-focused roles with no business development requirements.
These roles sit across two key areas:
Multi-disciplinary / Generalist Recruiter
Responsible for delivering across a mix of professional disciplines, including Project Services, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing & Communications.
IT / Technology Recruiter Focused on sourcing and placing ICT professionals across contract and permanent roles.
Both roles will step into warm desks with active clients, established relationships, and live roles from day one. You will work closely with clients through structured job briefings and ongoing engagement to deliver strong hiring outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent roles
Take detailed job briefs and develop tailored recruitment approaches
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
Screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews, feedback, reference checks, and offers
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Provide candidate guidance, including interview preparation and job readiness support
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance requirements are met
Deliver a high standard of service to both clients and candidates
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years' agency recruitment experience
Experience as either a generalist recruiter across multiple professional disciplines or as a specialist ICT recruiter
Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced desk
Strong delivery capability with a consultative and commercial mindset
High attention to detail and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Experience recruiting for NSW Government is advantageous but not essential
