Indigeco is proud to partner with a leading infrastructure and road maintenance partnership responsible for the operation and stewardship of Sydney’s most iconic road and tunnel networks. We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join their team in a role that is pivotal to the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance works across the city.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of civil and ITS maintenance works across a major Sydney infrastructure network.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure real-time visibility for Operations, Traffic, and Commercial teams.
• Coordinate inputs from supervisors, engineers, and schedulers to develop forward works programs and delivery documentation.
• Assist with the creation and tracking of Work Orders and Purchase Orders while supporting cost tracking and budget reporting activities.
• Facilitate project meetings, document actions, and ensure the follow-up of agreed deliverables across internal stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering data for monthly reporting and support the documentation of improved workflows and maintenance systems.

ABOUT YOU

• You identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
• You bring proven experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or maintenance sectors.
• You possess strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• You are highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and interpret project data.
• You have a collaborative communication style and are comfortable working across Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Exposure to project or financial systems such as Jobpac, SAP, or JAMS is highly desirable but not essential.
