The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale infrastructure and operational projects across NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a complex, fast-paced environment managing a portfolio of contracts that directly support critical services and community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor contract performance against KPIs and service levels
• Coordinate contract reviews and performance reporting
• Maintain contract documentation including insurances, securities and guarantees
• Identify, assess and escalate contract risks and issues
• Support dispute resolution, claims management and contract variations
• Prepare key documentation including:
  • Contract Management Plans
  • Risk registers and frameworks
  • Meeting agendas and minutes
  • Performance reports and KPI scorecards
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and value delivery

About You
You are a detail-oriented Contract Administrator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working across multiple contracts in complex environments.
You will bring:

• Proven experience in contract administration or contract management
• Understanding of procurement processes and contract frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in infrastructure, government, or asset-heavy environments (highly regarded)

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid working model (approx. 3 days in office)
• Primary office: Milsons Point
• Team collaboration day: Parramatta (Thursdays)
