Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm)

About the Role We are currently seeking Customer Service Officers to join a busy Business Centre environment on a 6-month contract. This is a fully on-site role, ideal for candidates who thrive in a structured office setting and enjoy delivering high-quality customer service.
You will be responsible for providing professional support across a range of customer enquiries, ensuring accurate administration and maintaining strong communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email
• Manage and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Perform general administrative tasks and data entry
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Use internal systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively
• Work collaboratively within a team environment

About You

• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service (call centre, retail, or administration)
• Previous experience working in an office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Intermediate computer skills (typing, navigating systems, email management)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Teams
• Strong email etiquette and professionalism
• Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Previous government experience is desirable but not essential

Training:
Successful candidates will undertake full-time, on-site training and nesting (35 hours per week) for approximately 8–10 weeks to ensure you are set up for success in the role.
