Our high-profile State Government client is currently seeking an experienced Finishing Grader Operator to support a major regional infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering essential civil works across multiple sites.

Role: Finishing Grader Operator | Civil Infrastructure Project
Location: Narrandera, NSW 2700 (including surrounding areas such as Wagga Wagga & Griffith)
Rate: $47.87 per hour + super (PAYG)
Duration: 6-month contract
Start Date: ASAP
Roster: 10 days on / 4 days off (including overtime) | 76 hours per fortnight


About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for operating a grader to a final trim/finishing standard, ensuring all work is completed safely and within required tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate graders to achieve finishing level precision and quality standards
• Monitor and control plant operations to meet project requirements
• Work collaboratively with site teams and other plant operators
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures
• Support efficient delivery of civil works across multiple locations

About You

• Proven experience operating a grader to final trim/finishing level
• Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and processes
• Ability to work within a team environment and follow direction
• Sound knowledge of safety practices and site compliance requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• White Card
• Valid Driver’s Licence (C Class or above)
• WOF (or equivalent)
• Traffic Control ticket (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a Police Check
• Full Australian working rights
