We’re seeking an experienced Senior ICT Technical Officer to support the delivery of key government ICT and digital reform projects within a NSW Government department.

This role will coordinate vendors, support ICT project governance, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with NSW Government standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT project activities and support delivery across multiple workstreams
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
• Track deliverables to ensure compliance with cyber, ICT, and government frameworks
• Support project governance including RAID logs, reporting, and documentation
• Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and financials
• Facilitate collaboration between IT delivery teams, policy teams, vendors, cyber and finance stakeholders
• Prepare briefings, reports, and project updates for internal and government stakeholders
  
  

About You

• Experience in ICT project coordination or project management environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in ICT, project management or a related field.
