$700 – $800 per day + super
12-Month Contract | ASAP Start (pending checks)
8 hours per day | 40 hours per week
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Communications Advisor to provide dedicated communications support to a major digital transformation program reshaping how employees work across a large utilities organisation.
Embedded within the Change & Business Improvement division, you will support a high-profile transformation initiative, working closely with the Senior Change Lead to deliver strategic, high-impact communications that drive understanding, adoption and sustained behavioural change.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale transformation program and influence how employees experience and embed new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver end-to-end employee communication strategies aligned to program milestones
Create high-quality communication materials including briefing packs, presentations, key messages, FAQs, updates and engagement content
Partner closely with Change Leads and program stakeholders to ensure alignment between communications and change activities
Deliver communications that support adoption, engagement and cultural alignment
Support leadership messaging and stakeholder engagement activities
Monitor feedback and continuously improve communication effectiveness
About You You are a transformational communications specialist with:
5–7+ years’ experience in employee communications
Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation or digital programs
Strong change communication expertise with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Utilities experience is preferred but not essential. Work Arrangement
Hybrid model: 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – Sydney Olympic Park)
2 days work from home
