This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value accuracy, care, and process-driven work to contribute to the preservation and public access of important State records. In this role, you will support the retrieval and return of archival files and volumes, many of which are fragile and up to 100 years old, ensuring materials are handled respectfully and delivered accurately.
Location: Onsite – Warehouse & Reading Room (same building)

Working Hours: 7 hours per day (35 hours per week) |Kingswood Location
Working Arrangement: 100% onsite
About the Role
A State Government department is seeking Archive Administrators to support day-to-day archival retrieval operations. The role focuses on the careful and accurate retrieval of records, rather than bulk or high-speed picking, to meet public access and service expectations.
You will work both independently and collaboratively with the Archive team and Reading Room staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
