About the Role
We are creating a pool of experienced Casual Ministerial Drivers to support the Transport Services Operations team with a NSW Government department

In this role, you will deliver safe, timely and high-quality point-to-point transport and associated non-driving duties for NSW Ministers, Office Holders and authorised officials. Work is allocated based on operational needs and may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional driving and non-driving support to Ministers, Office Holders and public officials
• Transport passengers, documents and equipment as required
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, security and roadworthiness
• Complete accurate logbooks and operational records
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
• Support transport operations in line with WHS, security and departmental policies

About You
You are calm, dependable and professional, with a strong commitment to safety and confidentiality. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust environment and can adapt to short-notice assignments.
You will bring:

• Extensive experience in professional or executive-level driving
• Strong knowledge of Sydney roads and NSW regional areas
• High standards of vehicle care and personal presentation
• Flexibility to work ad-hoc hours, including occasional weekends
• Ability to attend Sydney CBD locations at short notice
