Indigeco is supporting a major government infrastructure project to recruit an experienced Road Worker Grade 3 for works based out of the Albion Park Depot.

This role involves hands-on road maintenance and labouring work, supporting skilled trades and machinery operators as part of a crew delivering essential public works.

Contract dates: 30 January 2026 to 3 May 2026

• Monday to Friday -  7:00am to 4:00pm
• Sunday to Thursday -  6:00pm to 2:30am
• 9 day fortnight

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general labouring and road maintenance duties
• Assist skilled trades workers, plant operators and drivers
• Use hand tools, power tools and small plant equipment safely
• Support traffic control activities as required
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow site safety procedures and directions from supervisors
• Wear and maintain required PPE at all times

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

• Previous labouring or road work experience
• White Card
• Traffic Controller ticket
• Implement Traffic Management Plan ticket
• Ability to work day and night shifts as rostered
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work as part of a team
• Preferred but not essential:
• MR gang truck licence
• Worker on Foot ticket
